St. Katherine's School is a dynamic and innovative co-educational secondary school for young people aged 11-19 years. Our beautiful semi-rural location offers students a unique learning environment. The school is relatively small, with just over 950 students and benefits from strong transport links to Bristol. We have a reputation for outstanding pastoral care and extensive extracurricular opportunities.

Although we are based in North Somerset, 70% of students join us  from Bristol primary schools. Children settle in quickly thanks to our excellent transition programme. Our May 2011 Ofsted Report describes us as "A good school that provides a good quality of education, with outstanding provision for students' care, guidance and support. The school community is extremely harmonious and students were keen to let inspectors know how they enjoy school as well as saying they feel extremely safe and well cared for. Links with parents and carers are fostered extremely well and they are highly supportive."
